I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned a Bachelors in Social Work at Texas Woman’s University, and a Masters in Social Work at University of Texas at Arlington. I have experience in providing trauma informed care to children, families and adults and have worked with active-duty service members, military veterans, first responders and family members, victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and abuse, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety and addiction.

I am a former active-duty military wife that understands both the challenges and rewards of military life, and the unique culture military life offers to families. It is my passion to serve those who have served, as well as their loved ones.

My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space in an effort to empower those who are on a journey of healing and growth. I believe in individualized treatment with a person-centered lens and strive to assist clients in developing a treatment plan that supports realistic, achievable goals. I utilize the theoretical frameworks of attachment, interpersonal neurobiology, polyvagal theory, Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), somatic experiencing and Attachment Focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in practice. I am experienced in inner child work and use the Internal Family Systems model to help clients focus and generate awareness of their own ego states and somatic experiences.

I am a Texas native raised in the HEB area, Lake Palestine and Glen Rose. I enjoy spending time with my close friends, kids and husband, playing board games, baking, exploring museums, chilling with my dogs and family and being in Glen Rose on my family’s ranch.
